Getting Involved

We want You!!! Yes YOU!!!
Everyone can help and we need help from everyone. This Project is Free Software and licensed under the Terms of theGPL. The most important Advantage of Free and OpenSource-Software is, the great Community of Developers, Testers and just People, who are interested to give their Ideas a Form. So every Free OpenSource-Project can benefit from the skills of many People.
If You want to get involved to this Project, please refer to the Project-Development-Site. You also can find some different Mailinglists for Users and Developers. Please read the Informations about Free Software and the GPL (GNU General Public License). It is strongly recommended that you understand the philosophy of 'Free Software'. On the Project-Development-Site You can find a List with open Tasks. If You want to takeover an open Task or want to get more Information about this Task, follow the Steps that are shown.
Everyone can help, no matter what Your Skills are. If You are Interested in doing more than one Task for a longer Time, You can be added to the Project-Developers-List.
You can also contact me via e-Mail: emulator@users.sourceforge.net

Do not think that You are not able to help.
There are many open Tasks that will not require more than the ability to read and write. There is a Documentation to be maintained or to be translated into several Languages. There are also some small Files in the Project, that have to translated and much more. The Project will have an own Mailinglist for Translation. If You want You can translate this Website, or write Press-Releases in Language of Your Country. You see, that there is really no doubt, that you can help.

At every time a good communication via Mailinglist is given, so that 'You are not alone' :-) Good Communication is one of the most important things, in the World of free Software. If You have some Trouble with a Task, you will get help and so you can benefit from the development yourself (i.e. learning a Programming-Language, or get more experienced).
